Returns Policy

At Origin Craft Leathers, we take pride in the quality of our products, and every item is inspected before dispatch. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@origincraftleathers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If the item that you received is defective you can choose either a free replacement, or free return label via email which you can print off.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will immediately initiate a full refund back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or item you can return it for an exchange. Send it back to us, and we will replace it with free postage back to you.

If you received a defective or damaged item, send us a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost. Please email us at support@origincraftleathers.co.uk or call us on 07747623897 between 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. You will usually not need to return a faulty item.
